For our workshop, we have chosen a very cozy place, the Rokua Spa hotel located just next to the heart of Finland’s first UNESCO Global Geopark, Rokua Geopark, and nearby the Rokua National Park.
Using SCOSTEP support, we are going to cover the conference fee, which includes coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners, and a comfortable transfer from/to Rokua for all participants. Unfortunately, we can’t cover all accommodation expenses.
3 days accommodation package: Price 213 euro/person/3 days includes: accommodation in Rokua Spa Hotel twin rooms (additional fee for a single room is 35eurday) and breakfast buffet.
We will organize the transfer from the main Oulu railway station on Sunday 27.3.2022 at 14.45 for participants from Helsinki and the Oulu University. We recommend traveling from Helsinki by InterCity train 23 which departs at 8:24 and arrives at 14:22.
We will also organize a personal transfer for those who arrive at the Oulu airport.
