We are pleased to announce that the 3rd ISEE (Institute for Space-Earth Environmental Research) Award is awarded to Prof. Ilya Usoskin and Dr. Stepan Poluianov for their great contribution to the space-earth environmental research through international joint research on extreme solar particle events and their environmental and social impacts.
